Connecting Meta Muse

Meta Muse is Meta’s personal AI assistant. Because Meta Muse executes in Meta's cloud environment, it connects to GroupTrack via our remote Server-Sent Events (SSE) endpoint.

Prerequisites​

  1. An active GroupTrack CRM account.
  2. Your GroupTrack API Key (from app.grouptrackcrm.com/profile/team).
  3. Access to Meta Muse.

Step-by-Step Connection Guide​

Step 1: Obtain Your API Key​

  1. Go to https://app.grouptrackcrm.com/profile/team.
  2. Under the API section, copy your active API Key.

Step 2: Open Meta Muse Chat​

In your conversation with Meta Muse, type the following connector prompt:

"Create a custom connector for GroupTrack. It's an MCP server at https://mcp.grouptrackcrm.com/sse"

Step 3: Enter Your Credentials Securely​

  • Meta Muse will inspect the endpoint and present an interactive credential input modal.
  • Paste your GroupTrack API key into the secure dialog.
  • Security Notice: Do not paste your API key into normal chat messages; always use the secure credential popup.

Step 4: Verification & Tool Registration​

Meta Muse will invoke get_team_info over the SSE stream to verify credentials. Once validated, Muse will register all 17 GroupTrack CRM tools to your assistant's skill set.
