Available MCP Tools Catalog

The GroupTrack MCP server exposes 17 specialized tools covering core CRM entities: Contacts, Pipelines & Stages, Tag Sets & Tags, Activities & Notes, Tasks, and Account Verification.

All tools include built-in smart name resolution: AI agents can pass natural friendly names (such as pipeline name "Sales Pipeline", stage name "Discovery", or tag name "VIP") and the MCP server will automatically resolve them to their corresponding UIDs.
